Hi, I'm Carmen!
I support people in releasing emotional & trauma patterns held in the body. My work is body-based, combining emotional release, grounding practises, breathwork/meditation, and gentle guidance, always centered on what each person needs most to feel supported and more at ease within themselves.
My path into this work began more than 25 years ago, not from textbooks, but from lived experience. I navigated chronic illness, emotional pain, trauma, and years of feeling deeply sensitive, without fully understanding what that meant.
Over time, I began to realize that this sensitivity wasn’t something to fix, it was intuition. I was sensing and feeling the emotional and unseen world around me, often before I had the tools to understand or regulate it. Without that understanding, my reactions sometimes felt confusing or overwhelming.
As part of my own healing, I studied Reiki, EFT tapping, meditation, breathwork and a wide range of energy medicine & trauma-healing approaches. I explored healing work from every angle, emotional, body-based, energetic, spiritual and intuitive: because I needed it first.
Along the way, I discovered something important:
we carry emotions in our bodies long after the moments that created them.
Those emotions influence how we react, cope, love, eat, or disconnect.
Most people are not broken, they are simply carrying too much.
Today, I support sensitive and overwhelmed people in releasing emotional patterns, trauma imprints, and the internal weight they’ve been holding: without retelling their story or reliving past pain. My approach is calm, intuitive, and trauma-informed.
You don’t need to explain everything.
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong.
You don’t need to show up perfectly.
You simply show up as you are.
Whether we’re working with emotional or trauma release, energy clearing, or shifting emotional eating patterns, my intention is always the same:
