This is a fully remote energy session no phone call, no Zoom, no interaction needed.
You can rest, or go about your day while I gently connect with and support your energy.

This session is:

This is emotional, energetic, and trauma-informed work for the deeper roots of emotional eating.
We explore the reasons you are using food to comfort, numb, or quiet the emotions you don't know what to do with. We then shift the emotional patterns that are underneath the eating.
This session helps with:
• emotional eating
• eating when overwhelmed
• stress or comfort eating
• shame cycles
• using food to soothe
• feeling out of control around eating patterns that make no logical sense
• emotional triggers stored in the body
