We meet live every second week.
Each call explores the emotional layers beneath your eating patterns and includes grounding, emotional release work, body connection, and gentle guidance.
The pace supports your nervous system and allows the work to settle more deeply.

4 Integration Weeks
Between each live call, you’ll have a full week to rest, absorb, and integrate.
These weeks include recorded practices and simple exercises that help your body settle into the shifts without overwhelm or pressure.
Integration is where real change takes hold.

You won’t relive the past, we only bring the memory or emotion to mind briefly to support the release.
This helps your body let go of emotional weight it’s been carrying.
